Sigrid Neureiter, geboren in Salzburg, studierte Germanistik an der dortigen Universität und arbeitete als Journalistin und PR-Managerin. Sie betreibt eine eigene PR-Agentur in Wien. Ihre Mutter ist Innsbruckerin, ihr Vater wurde in Meran in Südtirol geboren. Mit »Dolomitenrot« legt die Autorin bereits ihren dritten Südtirol-Krimi vor.
