I recieved an ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Well to start off I really enjoyed the fast pace of this book.It has a lot of action and I enjoyed getting to know the individual characters. However starting at about 3 quarters in, the book starts to read like a comic book and the character Queen is the superhero. It just didn't feel like a real life urban story. Queen was too extra doing extraordinary things.

I enjoyed the book...but there's not enough pages for me...I love novels...not stories this short...you got to buy 5 books just to get to the end...but I will be reading volume 2...maybe it completes the story line...
