I'll start by saying...I'm biased. Leo is my favorite of the Turtles as I relate to him the most. Having said that, this was a welcomed Leo-centered story. It was nice to finally see him try to find his way in this post Splinter world like his siblings have. As well as the effects this new reality he finds himself in has on him. As an eldest sibling myself...I get it. I won't spoil the story, but I tell you with each arc, the boys feel more and more human...and this issue really grounds Leonardo as a character.
