Frank Viscuso is a deputy chief, international speaker, podcast host, and author of six books, including bestsellers Step Up and Lead and Step Up Your Teamwork. As a speaker, Frank has the ability to move people to action. Over the past decade he has spoken to audiences on many topics, including leadership development, team building, and customer service. His energetic and emotion-filled keynote speeches and seminars are designed to introduce people to the top traits associated with leadership and equip them with the skills they will need to lead, inspire, and motivate their teams.
Paul Combs is cartoonist, illustrator, and firefighter/EMT. His lavishly detailed artwork is published worldwide in magazines, books, and corporate safety training material. He is the editorial cartoonist for Fire Engineering Magazine is the author of three books: Drawn by Fire, Drawn by Fire, Too, and Drawing Lines: The ART of Making a Difference.
