The contributors from science and practice discuss the wide range of copyright cases and decisions. In terms of content, the articles deal with the history of copyright in various types of work. The articles make it clear that the conflict of interest that exists at all times between the creator of the work, the copyright owner and the user cannot be solved with pre-made templates. With a look backwards they provide impulses for thinking about future copyright law.
