Stephanie Grey is a Faith Community Nurse and has been in the nursing profession for over 20 years. She graduated with her Nursing Degree in Jamaica (1986) from the University Hospital of the West Indies School of Nursing, and with her Master’s in Nursing from East Carolina University (2008), in North Carolina. She has worked as a nurse in both countries, Jamaica and U.S.A. She has one son and directs Be Healthy Ministries, Inc which is a non-profit and also a Health Ministry. She seeks to promote health in mind, body and spirit through health promotion and illness prevention projects and the foundation resides on “Jesus, the Great Physician, and Healer of mind, body and spirit.” Be Healthy Ministries, Inc has a Community Preparedness Project which seeks to help not only Communities prepare, but Faith-Based Organizations as well. She strongly believes in holism as the key in facing life’s challenges and helping both people and communities to remain strong and resilient during times of crises.
