About the author
Stephen Chbosky wuchs in Pittsburgh auf und studierte Filmwissenschaft an der University of Southern California. Sein erster Film The Four Corners of Nowhere wurde 1995 auf dem Sundance Film Festival gezeigt, für das Drehbuch zu Everything Divided gewann er zahlreiche Preise. Chbosky lebt in New York. Das also ist mein Leben ist sein erster Roman.
