Page numbering defective, stops at "24", renders bookmarks useless. Go to what would be page 200, place a bookmark there, go back later and use that bookmark and you are taken to -- you guessed it -- page 24. (Sigh!) Great book otherwise. Fix page numbering and I'll change to 5 stars.
