Haunted Hearts

Ooh, this was fast-paced, exciting, intriguing and mysterious. The characters were your typical teens, but a few unexplained events had Hazel starting to believe in witches, demons and spells. This drew me in effortlessly and had me questioning Devon right along with Hazel, only to be left breathless by a chilling cliffhanger. I can’t wait for book two!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I absolutely loved this book! It sucks you in and keeps you guessing all the way to the end. I loved the writing style and the character building. You get to experience a full range of emotions throughout the book. I absolutely think this is a great read that you don't want to miss. I will definitely be reading more of her books.

In the book, we follow just-turned eighteen-year-old Hazel as she learns about the paranormal and how it affects her and those she loves. There are a lot of twists and turns, and I still am not sure about how I feel about Deveon. But then, neither is Hazel! The book ends in a cliff-hanger, and I am anxious to get the next book to see what happens and find out how this all ends.
