Very good writing, given a lot of successful people's experiences to understand the perspectives of the modern problems to solve and achieve more than you think.

It is a good book for the people whose mind is not in their control. Hence, we need to meditate & concentrate on things inappropriate manner. And, Avoid junk food stay healthy for that pranayama is essential, and the so-called scattered mind will not influence on the brain. The question Who am I leads to spirituality. The ultimate goal of humans is to acquire knowledge. Avoid jealousy selfishness leads to a scattered mind. And, you don't play meditation music while you are doing meditation. Perhaps, You should concentrate on breathing. Pranam Swamiji.
