Narito na ang "Taludtod Umaatungal, Linyang Aangal," isang koleksyon ng mga tula na naglalaman ng masinsinang pagninilay sa mga saloobin, lalung-lalo na pagdating sa pag-ibig at poot. Ito ay inedit ko ng may pag-iingat at baka kako masyado itong makapanakit o makapagbigay ng ligaya sa mambabasa. Ang aklat na ito ay ang unang bahagi lamang ng Call for Submissions o CFS na "Poems of Love and Hate" na inyong sinalihan. Iyon bagang mga tula na nasa malayang taludturan o free verse lamang. Ang ibang mga bahagi ng CFS ay ilalathala rin sa hiwalay na aklat.


Sa aklat na ito, lalahok tayo sa isang malalim at makahulugang paglalakbay sa mundo ng puso at isipan ng tao. Mula sa mga saloobin ng pag-ibig hanggang sa mga damdaming puno ng poot, magbibigay-daan ang mga tula sa atin upang lubusang maunawaan ang mga damdamin at ang emosyonal na kalakaran ng buhay. Tuklasin natin ang ganda ng mga taludtod, linya at salita sa koleksyong ito, at nawa'y maranasan ng lahat ang kapangyarihan ng pagsusulat.


Nais kong pasalamatan ang mga contributor na nagbahagi ng kanilang mga tula, sapagkat ang kanilang mga gawang-sining ay siksik sa kariktan upang maging makabuluhan ang aklat na ito. Salamat din sa lahat ng mga sumali sa CFS na "Poems of Love and Hate," ang inyong pagsali ay nagbigay-daan upang malikha at maisama sa aklat ang mga tula sa "Taludtod Umaatungal, Linyang Aangal." Ang inyong suporta at paglahok sa pagtitipon ng mga tula ay malaking bahagi sa tagumpay ng pagsasakatuparan ng proyektong ito.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

The Sardonic yet Whimsical Author of the Philippines

W. J. Manares a. k. a. Willer Jun Araneta Manares is a one-of-a-kind persona in the literary scene of Aklan - the oldest province in the Philippines. He came out from his mother's birth canal on the 1st day of June, year 1985.

He came from a prominent Hispanic family. A legitimate member of Familia Araneta (Araneta Family) in the Philippines, included in its 7th generation, to be exact.

He's the Philippine Brand Ambassador of Noel Lorenz House of Fiction (NLHF - India), a common member of The Aklan Literati (AkLit), and one the common poets of Common Literature Period, a movement founded by Sourav Sarkar.

He loves everything erotic and sci-fi. A volunteer teacher with a philanthropic heart. And a freelance musical coach if needed. A lesser-known writer and worldbuilder who was influenced by the Superstar, Piers Anthony especially by his books, "But What of Earth?," "Bio of an Ogre," and "Ogre, Ogre." He built the worlds of Stripes Archipelago, Nation of Tseicurdia and Land of Toto. He is now labeled as, "the sardonic yet whimsical author/writer of the Philippines."

His children’s story, "Ro Mga Busoe Ni Noel" got the consolation prize in the Aklanon category of Aliwanag, a story writing contest by Aklat Alamid & Kasingkasing Press.

He received the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) Tula Tayo 2023 Award for his Diyona poem, "Kung Ang Puso Ay Isang Poso." He is one of the awardees of Charles Bukowski's International Literary Award and Alexander Pushkin-W. B. Yeats' International Literary Award by NLHF for his poetic contributions.

His High Fantasy story, "Dormancy Breakage," was included in the Noel Lorenz House of Fiction and Country Girrls anthology, Risqué. Also, NLHF and Presse Mondiale Litpaz included his other masterpiece in the Color of My Heart World Record Series anthology, Mintakan Musings. These collections are available on Amazon and other online bookstores.

His poems can be read in the following anthologies edited by Sourav Sarkar: Year of the Rabbit Anthology, Cooch Behar Anthology Volume 5, 7 and 8, Anthology of Poets, Short Stories and Journey, Save Water Anthology, Love Poems Volume 2, Titanic Anthology, Selected Poets, Nature Poets Volume 3, Love Poems Volume 3, Anthology of the World, Flowers Anthology, Unity Book, Great Pyramid of Giza Anthology, Pain Anthology, 16 Poets of Common Literature Period, Anthology of the Year 2100 and Winter Anthology 3. His short story, "Brew" was accepted and can be read on Litehouse online. SweetSmell Journal included his 2 poems, "Mirroring" and "Dragon-on-guard" in its maiden issue. His poem, "Tila Durian" reached Top 30 in Philippine Social Conservative Movement (PSCM) Poetry Contest. His horror story, "Asswang" was included in the Pasyon's Mariit Vol. 2 short list. One of his works that was rejected in the Philippines entitled, "Lito and the Whistle" was included in The Mirror of Time #3, a yearly bilingual literary and cultural magazine of India. His poem, "Poetic Justice" can be read on Himalaya Diary online, a leading news portal of Kathmandu, Nepal.

His 17 Books, "BetLog," "Tanaga, Diyona... Dalit?," "Flashbacks of Flashforwards," "OTNEWUK," "Isa Sa Ilang Paraan," "Owa't Tawo," "Pusikit," "The Extracted," "Playing in Secret Solitude," "Ang Bulbul atbp.," "Poesy for Poseidon," "Shiverses," "Rose for Diana," "Mekus Mekus," "Waterhen," "Pilang ka Sugid-sugid sa Bibi it Akean," and "Spill the Beans" are published by Ukiyoto Publishing.

He currently helped the founding and development of Warang Writers' World that provides free publishing and livelihood income to aspiring writers in the Philippines. He compiled the poems for their books, "Poetry Anthology" and "Poetry Anthology 2 "in which he's also the volunteer editor, same with the Erotica anthology book, "Acitore". He also compiled, "Slices and Slashes: Untold Tearful Stories," a collection of tragic slices of life.

Recently, he founded Bukas na Ugnayan sa Literatura ng mga Kuwentista At mga Nagsusulat (BULKAN). He also started his own quarterly literary magazine, "Wellerism," to cater the exposure of freelance writers locally and some others too.

Sometimes, he's a songwriter and loves to strum the guitar and sing. He loves the music of Rammstein, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day, Eagle-Eye Cherry and Toad the Wet Sprocket.

When not writing, he's in his own library, reading and stacking his collection of books up on the shelves again and again. He loves the taste of cinnamon sometimes. He enjoys living his peculiar life near the gateway to the paradise island of Boracay.

She's a lady who believes that love is a choice that comes with chances and challenges. She knows that emotions are fragile, but real love stays.

Siya rin ay mayroong pinamumunuan na grupo kung saan ang layunin ay matulungan ang mga out-of-school youth and adult na muling makabalik sa pag-aaral. Si Jesus ay nagsusulat ng mga tulang Tagalog at maikling kuwento na tumatalakay sa mga totoong pangyayari sa buhay.

Binod Dawadi, the author of The Power of Words, is a master’s degree holder in Major English. He has worked on more than 1000 anthologies and was published in various renowned magazines. His vision is to change society through knowledge, so he wants to provide enlightenment to the people through his writing skills.

The author is a Grade School teacher in Manila. She finished her Academic Requirement for Masters of Education major in English and Literature from The National Teachers College. Aside from teaching she is trying her luck to be a celebrated poet. She believes that someday she can make that far.

Linda M. Crate (she/her) is a Pennsylvanian writer. She has twelve published chapbooks, the latest being: Searching Stained Glass Windows For An Answer (Alien Buddha Publishing, December 2022). Her debut book of photography, Songs of the Creek (Alien Buddha Publishing, April 2023) was recently published.

Ancel Mondia is an Ilongga NBDB-registered author/writer, the Fiction - Woman Writer of the Year 2023 by Ukiyoto Publishing, and a graduate of Master of Arts in English and Literature.

The writer was a college instructor. He graduated with a degree in BSBA Accounting and has a Masters degree in Management. He hails from Majayjay Laguna and residing with his 95-year old mother in Angono Rizal. He published five books under NCCA, AILAP, Seven Eyes Productions and Eight Letters.

Jose Anthony Gerard Muyco is a writer who hails proudly in Iloilo City. He also teaches Humanities in Iloilo Doctors College and also promotes creative writing and music to his students. He was influenced by the writers, Yoko Ogawa and Pablo Neruda.

Ms. Til Kumari Sharma as Multi Award Winner in writing from the international sector, is from Bhorle- Hile, Paiyun 7, Parbat, West Nepal. Her parents are Mr. Hari Prasad Bashyal and Mrs Liladevi Bhusal / Bashyal. Si Kaye Writes o mas kilala bilang si Kathrine Crizel ay isang mag-aaral. Kasalukuyang nag-aaral sa kursong Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Siya ay isang Manunula(t) at magtatatlong taon na sa mundo ng panulatan ngayong Agosto 3. Mahilig siyang manood ng K-drama at magbasa ng Wattpad. Pakikinig ng musika at pagsusulat ang tanging libangan niya.

Siya ay isinilang noong ika-16 ng Setyembre, taong 1997. Siya ay mula sa Lungsod ng Biñan, lalawigan ng Laguna. Isa siyang indibidwal na marami ang kuryosidad at katanungan sa buhay. Pagsusulat ang isa sa mga pangunahin niyang hilig. Bukod dito ay isa rin siyang kompositor ng mga orihinal na musika.
