Luna J's Ode "Sisters Before Misters - 1" Is A Beautifully Penned Love Letter Like Ode For Her Dearest Sister Whom She Refers To As Parabatai (A Sister/Warrior Who Fights Together Like Sworn Sisters) Through This Poem I Realise That They Share A Special Bond Which Is More Than Blood. They Protect Each Other And Are Stronger Together. In This Poem, Luna Lovingly Expresses Her Feelings And Emotions For Her Parabatai. Eagerly waiting for the Ode's Volume 2.

A great read. I'd like to talk about one person. Luna. The way she writes is absolutely Amazing! She's not someone who rhymes necessarily. She doesn't carry a tune. Still, she manages to put together a really moving piece. She works in 3s. A line to paint a picture. Another to explain what's happening. The final one telling how her sister makes it better. She delivers quickly. Not too dissimilar to a boxer landing, a left jab, a right and ending with an upper cut. left, right, boom! left, right, boom! Repeat. Magical. and Powerful. There's this one reference to bullets being fired. She makes great use of scale. She uses contrasting ideas to build a feeling of depth.

Ms Luna is a beast when it comes to writing. Her very first ode for her sister is uplifting and touching. This is undoubtedly one of my best loved works of hers.
