About the author

Tatiana Bachkirova is Professor of Coaching Psychology and Director of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University, UK. She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Council at the Institute of Coaching at Harvard and Convener and Chair of the International Conference on Coaching Supervision. As an active researcher she has published many articles, book chapters and books including Developmental Coaching: Working with the Self and the SAGE Handbook of Coaching (2017).
