The book on the same name 'The Essence of Navratri' explores the concept of Navratri festival, while explaining the importance and the importance of worshiping the goddesses Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati. What we see here is the main focus of the festival as a victory of the good over the evil, and as an expression of femininity. Moreover, this contains social details about the festival like worshipping different goddesses for different days and dancing on Garba. It also wants to reflect the cultural and religious significance of Navratri to the people of India.
