John Flavel is one of the most Christ-centered authors and theologians of all time. In his book, The Fountain of Life, Flavel opens and discusses every detail of Christ’s Person and Work, but he does not do it in a dry manner. He is centering all Christian experience in the glorified Christ. He connects the dots between everything that Christ was, is, and will be and the everyday experience of every true believer.
Flavel compels us to see that if we trust our Lord with the things of this world and the world to come, we can trust Him with every detail of both worlds, to our best and to His glory.

Acerca del autor
John Flavel (1327-1691) was an English Presbyterian clergyman, puritan, and author. He studied theology at University College in Oxford, England, and started his ministry in 1650 at Diptford, Avon. After the Act of Uniformity, he was ejected, but continued to preach in homes and private settings for some years. Flavel died at Exeter on June 26, 1691.
