We have heard these, or similar sayings, many times in many ways over the years since they were first recorded in The Yellow Book. Babaji’s English and his understanding of American culture developed over the decades, but one can still easily see his insight, humor, and clarity of thought, as he opens up so much of the ancient teaching of yoga to students in the West. These sayings contain just as much wisdom and truth today as they did in the 1970’s. It is Babaji’s deep wisdom that this little volume so gracefully communicates.
