I'm not a chain smoker, but on one or the other occasion I like to smoke. I've been trying to give up smoking completely for a long time, but I never really found the motivation for it. But hopefully this book will change that now. In the end, it's always up to you and whether you really want to. There are a lot of convictions, and above all, good tips and guides in this book. This made it a lot easier for me. I can only recommend it!

Amazing, stopped smoking over a month ago (been a smoker for 8 years average 20 cigs a day) , it really is an easy way to quit. No weight gain, no nicotine cravings, simply amazed by the results I got. First two days after quitting are a bit strange but once you get through the weird couple of days and get used to new routines you’ll be a happy non smoker.

I have always had the interest in getting more information about cigarette addiction and how to cope up with it. The most important person to me had a damaged lungs because of smoking. He's gone now, gone for good. I always blame "cigarette smoking" for his losing him. I have 2 more precious men that are both into smoking and I want to get the most touching line/quote I could deliver to them for them to realize that they have to quit smoking. This book just gave me convincing lines I could use and more information I could share to my loveones about the advantages of having a clean lungs.
