An excellent book. You get to see the careers of the most prolific U.S. airline presidents and CEO's and learn about the history of the U.S. airlines. I found myself caring about the outcomes at every turn. Definitely suggest reading.

Thomas Petzinger, Jr., grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and received his journalism degree from Northwestern University. For the last many years he has been a reporter and editor for The Wall Street Journal. His wife, Paulette Thomas, is also a Journal reporter. They have three children.
