Dr.-Ing. habil. Thomas Ruf hat durch seine langjährige Assistententätigkeit am Lehrstuhl für Datenbanksysteme der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg umfassende Forschungserfahrungen im Bereich Datenbanksysteme gesammelt. Seit Juli 1996 ist er Direktor für internationale Produktionskoordination in der GfK Marketing Services Europe.
