Alamat journal tersebut bisa diakses ke http://ejurnal.pip-semarang.ac.id. Sistem OJS ini memiliki prosedur yang cukup kompleks dan bisa melibatkan banyak orang atau peran yang akan memiliki hak akses masing-masing, mulai dari Journal manager, Journal editor, Production editor, Section editor, Guest editor, Copyeditor, Designer, Funding coordinator, Indexer, Layout Editor, Marketing and sales coordinator, Proofreader, Author, Translator, Reviewer,
Reader, dan Subscription Manager. Peran editor merupakan peran inti dalam proses penerbitan journal online ini, sehingga ada beberapa jenis editor seperti: Journal Editor, Production Editor, Section Editor, dan seterusnya hingga Layout Editor.
Mengingat demikian kompleks sistem OJS ini, maka dalam penerapannya pihak perguruan tinggi dapat menggunakan sistem ini secara sepenuhnya dengan memenuhi semua peran inti, atau hanya menyediakan peran-peran penting sehingga proses penerbitan journal dapat terlaksana dengan baik.
