Second book reads well (if you ignore politics)! Thankful new recruits got weapons! Even though the author brings in more details (except DEATH), dungeons are superhero factories & that hasn't cause the efficiency expert to discover more about max party size. This is very troubling to me. Thru 2nd book I would rate Japan as a bottom ranked (not top) country as team/people developed as some B's are great until they die. Questions like "How long to train 10,000 to D-rank?" show the need to expand now. Half a year equates to 10 top recruits (no failures?)? But being able to bring in brass knuckles, how much else armor (ceramic/Kevlar)? Third book needs to work in more details. A-rank dungeon still not past lv4 much less the B+ rank one! Also every country with a dungeon is going to have military as D-rank soldiers min & elite squads that are higher. Mari + fox now!! What is the item limit for? Since it doesn't have a function! No perspective of dungeon outside of Japan disappointing! Other than some very brief and trite comments on the crazed lunatic in South America than he is sum kind of ultimate monster summoner!

A necessary pit stop book in the series nothing exciting happens really but ,without the setup, I have a feeling the next few books wouldn't make much sense.

very exhausting reading. to much detail on politics things that really don't matter and not enough on the characters and dungeons that the book is about
