About this ebook

This book examines the fitness trend commonly known as CrossFit. While CrossFit has not yet reached the decline phase that many other fitness fads have experienced, it may face challenges in the future due to scrutiny from established organizations within the fitness industry. In this book, I present and analyze claims made by the founder of CrossFit, Mr. Greg Glassman, as well as statements from companies that have long-standing experience in the fitness sector. My approach to this analysis is impartial and objective. I rely on the principles of the Fair Use Act of the United States Congress to critique and discuss the claims made by others in the industry. The information presented is intended for educational and informational purposes, drawing from professional expertise and research. I am a certified professional trainer, accredited by the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and recognized by the NCAA, certificate number 45582.
