I hold no personal bias when it comes to marijuana. However, from a health and fitness perspective, it is not in someone’s best interest to consume the drug if their goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, train for a marathon, or pursue bodybuilding. This book explores nine well-known myths about marijuana—myths that have been shaped by public media, government reports, and popular opinion. Each one is carefully examined in light of research findings and clinical studies to determine whether it holds truth or has been disproven. As a certified personal trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (Certification #45582), I base my insights on professional training, available research, and documented case studies rather than personal use. I do not promote or encourage the violation of any local, state, or federal drug laws. Furthermore, I have never consumed any illegal substances myself. My perspective is entirely drawn from scientific evidence and the reported experiences of others, allowing me to provide an unbiased and research-based assessment of these myths
