The evolution of computers from their initial bulky and cumbersome forms, which occupied entire rooms, to the present-day sleek and portable laptops and cell phones that contain vast amounts of information, is a testament to the progress of technology over time, as well as the dedication of software and computer engineers. The present publication has been developed in accordance with the curriculum prescribed by the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya for undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree. The ubiquitous nature of computer usage is apparent in contemporary society. In order to proficiently utilize computers within their respective domains, it is imperative that other disciplines possess a foundational comprehension of computer engineering principles.

Vijay Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE at Sushila Devi Bansal College of Technology in Indore. He has more than 9 years of experience working as a Professor. He received the "Best Faculty award" for exceeding his 2018 academic performance goal of 100%. Rahul Kumar Gour is an Assistant Professor at the Bansal Institute of Science & Technology, BGI, Bhopal in the Department of CSE. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience. He won the “Best Faculty Award” for surpassing his academic performance goal of 100% in 2017 &2018. Dr Atul Agrawal is an Associate Professor in the Department of CSE at Sushila Devi Bansal College of Technology in Indore. He has 16 years of teaching experience in academics. Mr Rahul Maheshwari is an Assistant Professor at the Sushila Devi Bansal College of Technology in Indore. He has been a teacher for more than 7 years. Additionally, he obtained 97.8 percentile scores in GATE 2013. Mr Zia Mohammad Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE at the Bansal Institute of Science & Technology, BGI, Bhopal. He has been a teacher for over 8 years.
