About the author

Vikas Khanna, born on November 14, 1971, in Amritsar, India, is a renowned Indian-American chef, restaurateur, author, filmmaker, and humanitarian. Despite being born with clubfoot, which hindered his ability to run until the age of 13, Khanna developed a passion for cooking early on, inspired by his grandmother's traditional recipes.
