Haruka Sakura came to the ultimate delinquent school, Furin, in order to fight his way to the top and usurp the school gang's leader. But when he finds out that Furin High School has now changed into an organization called Bofurin, with the sole purpose of protecting the town, Sakura finds himself becoming a part of their cause, fighting for others for the first time.
