Walter Benjamin's most famous and influential essay remains The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction. Andrew Benjamin is Distinguished Professor of Architectural Theory at the University of Technology, Sydney and Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at Monash University Melbourne.
