William Gulya provides for readers the benefit of his experience as an expert witness – how he got started and how he created his litigation support practice, along with the candor of his “learning experiences” along the way. He includes specific information and examples, which can be very helpful to a budding expert consultant, including Expert Report writing, deposition behavior, and courtroom situations. But this is not dry reading – it is entertaining and reads like what it is–a true story of his professional life culminating in a successful expert witness practice.
