grammatical mistakes. book is good for people of younger age who don't have exposure to professional and crude world yet. Book doesnt have any extraordinary or revolutionary advice on communication skills. Most probably your father/mother or any relative can give same advice if they have worked in a corporate culture.

Despite being riddled with spelling mistakes, this was an extremely short book that gave good advice on how to say 'No' without using the word 'No.' It provided generic examples that everyone could easily relate to and then helped the reader understand how to navigate those rocky situations in a polite yet assertive manner.

It is very good and informative especially to those who are too kind these days, but I must say this E-Book has a bit of grammatical issues but I'm glad we can still understand it. 👍
