About the author
Prof. Dr. Winfried Zapp lehrt an der Hochschule Osnabrück Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, insbesondere Controlling im Gesundheitswesen. Prof. Dr. Julia Oswald lehrt an der Hochschule Osnabrück Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Krankenhausfinanzierung und -management. Sabine Neumann, Krankenhausbetriebswirtin (VKD), ist Leiterin für Betriebswirtschaftliches Controlling am Pius-Hospital Oldenburg. Frank Wacker, M.A., ist Leiter für Controlling und Medizincontrolling der Katholischen Kliniken Ruhrhalbinsel, Essen.
