Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Schneider war Professor an der Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule Nürnberg im Fachbereich Maschinenbau mit den Lehrgebieten Messtechnik, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik und Energietechnik. Berthold Heinrich unterrichtet am Max-Born-Berufskolleg in Recklinghausen und ist Mitarbeiter am Handbuch Maschinenbau von Alfred und Wolfgang Böge.
