About this ebook

The best way to learn football is under competitive conditions during training. Here we present many competitive games in training, which, for example, promote tackling and goal-shooting training under real conditions. These competitive games should account for 30 to 50 percent of the total training time. They almost always take place at the end of the training. The last competitive game is usually a normal football game without any special technical or tactical specifications.
