About the author

Pastor Rusty came to know Christ as Savior in the spring of 1968, after listening to a message from John 3:16. As a young boy and teenager, he demonstrated a growing love for the Lord Jesus and the Word of God. In 1978, the Lord used a special service at a ministry conference to stir a fire in his heart to win others to Christ. Two years later, he surrendered to the call of God to preach the gospel and has done so faithfully for these many years.

Besides currently serving as a pastor, he also holds a lifetime certification in television broadcast engineering from the Society of Broadcast Engineers. Today he has the privilege of serving as a part of a great leadership team that oversees a thriving Christian broadcasting ministry based in northern Ohio.

Pastor Rusty and his dear wife, Deb, are blessed with two children and seven grandchildren. The entire family is active in local church life and daily ministry.
