It may come off as slightly dry, but it's well written (or well translated). You can think of that dryness as a quality of the perspective: a long lived person. The story moves fluidly without too much or too little.

wow. stupid title, don't let it put you off. this is well written and moves at a pleasant pace. you don't need to worry about the author going off on one for 20 pages about food, nor about powerleveling. This is a high quality Story, and it focuses on the story. It leave you feeling you got a good deal on the book. I am very happy to recommend it. i hope the second book is as good. (the first book i have given 5 stars to).

Very well written. If you're here looking for an isekai power trip, with a harem of bimbos, this ain't it. This is a well written, slice of life isekai that follows someone's journey through experiencing the world around them. The plot of the world is moving with or without the MC, and the MC isn't actively trying to be a show off. The MC genuinely enjoys his day to day life, and expresses interest in only learning everything that he can. There is little to no conflict involved in most of the story telling. Very well done, I am looking forward to the next book!
