Water-Comet: A New Life

Vanessa was one of five chosen by the city of Andor to possibly inherit the ring, which was a powerful relic made in order to protect the ancient staff fragment hidden deep beneath the ocean. In the end, she became the Water-Comet: the one who carries the ring, moving at over 5,000 kilometers per hour with water flowing around her like a shield.

But after she gave the staff part to outsiders, she believed could protect it better, everything fell apart. The city of Andor turned against her. Branded a traitor, Vanessa fled, racing across Earth until she finally settled in Barcelona.

Alone and grieving for the only friend she ever had, Vanessa carries the burden of a role she never asked for. She still wears the ring, but with no mission, no allies, and no direction. Only guilt.

And as her deepest traumas start twisting against her, Vanessa will lose herself completely.
