The advice on having a morning routine works for me and does allow for the important things to get done first, before you are tempted to waste time on less necessary tasks.

What an amazing book! The information is clear and easy to understand! I can already see a difference in how I go about my daily routine. I have a ways to go, but this an awesome book, with a lot of great ideas and I’d recommend it to anyone!
