पुस्तक मूल रूप से धर्म के सकारात्मक एवं नकारात्मक पहलू पर प्रकाश डालती है। पुस्तक वर्तमान के परिप्रेक्ष्य में वास्तविक धर्म के अनुप्रयोग पर जोर देती है। पुस्तक बताती है कि बिना धर्म के अनुसार किया गया कार्य सिवाय शोषण के कुछ नहीं देता। पुस्तक विस्थापन की भयावह समस्या को भी रेखांकित करती है, वह यह भी बताती है कि सही इच्छा और धर्म पर चले बिना इस समस्या का हल संभव नहीं। पुस्तक धर्म को केवल मंदिरों तक ही सीमित नहीं रखती अपितु अपने अन्तःकरण से धर्म को अपनाने पर जोर देती है।

Fantastic book..... 👍👍👌👌 This book, Shiv Ka Sanket, on one hand describes the practical problems and struggles of the exploited common man, while on the other hand, it also beautifully describes how the exploiting class twists the principles of ancient Indian philosophy for their own benefit. It is also the story of a change of heart after seeing the unethical actions committed by an officer during his tenure and its consequences.

About the author
मेरा नाम आशुतोष दुबे पिता श्री बिहारी शरण दुबे हैं। मेरा जन्म मध्यप्रदेश के छोटे से शहर दतिया में हुआ है। मेरे द्वारा स्नातक की शिक्षा दतिया में ही ग्रहण की गई। राज्य सेवा आयोग की परीक्षा के पश्चात शासकीय नौकरी प्राप्त हुई। वर्तमान में राज्य कर निरीक्षक पद पर कार्यालय उपायुक्त राज्यकर वृत-3 ग्वालियर में कार्यरत हूँ।
मेरी अभिरुचि लेखन विशेषकर धर्म के कार्यात्मक पक्ष को अपने लेखन में प्रस्तुत करने पर है।
