About the author
Wolfgang Kraushaar ist promovierter Politikwissenschaftler und arbeitet seit 1987 am Hamburger Institut für Sozialforschung. Sein Arbeitsschwerpunkt liegt in der Erforschung von Protestbewegungen in der Zeit des Kalten Krieges. 2004 nahm er eine Gastprofessur an der Beijing Normal University in Peking wahr.
