About this ebook

Can we make every day a sacred act, an offering full of meaning and dignity, a living prayer? Can we fill our day with soul rather than live it as a succession of thoughts, gestures, scattered acts without real guidance, over which we have little control and control?

Becoming a conscious and alert actor in one's life is the most precious act of transformation and the greatest source of happiness. Whatever our habits, our constraints, our reality, our beliefs, our values, we have much more powerful creative power in our hands than we think. To transform the world around us through the smallest gestures is to honour this gift within us, no longer to expect a change in reality from the outside.
