About the author
Sean O'Keefe is an award-winning faculty member and career coach at Santa Clara University, where he teaches courses in business communication and business leadership, along with cohort-based courses for first-generation and low-income students. He is also the founder and president of Launch Your Career, a career preparation company that empowers college students to proactively land internships and jobs. He is cofounder and director of impact for Empowered Students, a nonprofit organization that works with first-generation and low-income college students.
