i dont know about the "pro's" 1-star review on amazon, but as a animal science student learning the anatomy of many different livestock species, this is like the bible, but better. there are many pictures i can see clearly (i dont see any pixelation) and i get to see many different views of the same bones which is very helpful as i tend to get confused with lateral, medial, cranial, caudal. all-in-all, i highly recommend this piece of fine literature to any student (or professional who doesn't have their panties in a bunch).
