About the author
Dr. Hemant Gupta is associated with Alliance University as an Assistant Professor in School of Business. Before that he has received Ph.D. from NIT Durgapur and M.B.A. from University of Calcutta and has five years of industrial experience. His research interest includes resource management and indicators of Sustainable development goals (SDGs).
Miss Nidhi Gupta is M.A, B.Ed. in Economics and having 8 years of teaching experience in the School like Durgapur Public school; St. Helen's School and Saint Dominic Savio School. She has associated with many other education societies as a mentor for under-privilege. Moreover, she published many articles on her area of interest of female education, economics and women empowerment.
