When Jessica Sullivan’s K9 Teddy alerts on the scent of drugs in the plane of her high school friend, Logan Fletcher, her old suspicions of him rise to the surface. Eight years ago, Logan dated her best friend Ella, who died of a drug overdose. Logan has always maintained his innocence, but Jess isn’t entirely convinced. Until someone shoots at them while up on the mountain trail.

Charter Pilot Logan Fletcher abhors drugs as much as Jessica, but he does feel responsible for Ella’s death. Just not the way Jess believes. Still, when the shooter tries to shoot his plane from the sky, he realizes they’d stepped into something big and dangerous. And when Jessica is taken at gunpoint, he promises to do everything in his power to save the woman he loves.
