About this ebook

“ Sometimes it’s not the Pain that hurts more,

it’s hope that never allows to forget the pain”

Vedika is a bestselling author at the height of her career when she is plagued by unsettling visions. Muffled noises, vague scenes and blackouts leave her questioning everything until one fateful day. Her worlds have intertwined. She finds her in a place where words are weapons and history, still in the making. In the heart of Videh, Vedika uncovers truths about her purpose that transcend time itself.

She thinks she can handle it but as her journey grows more profound with those she meets, the line between the two sides blurs.

Beliefs are broken.

Lives are lost.

Dreams become concerns.

And love?

Love helps to survive.

An untold, unsung chorus of wisdom, courage and mystery sings again.

About the author

Sweta Rani writes passionately on love, dreams and history. Her historical fictions carry strong emotions buried deep with forgotten stories. She is fond of crafting worlds where her characters are engaging and full of desires. Being youngest in the family of four sisters, she lives in the minds of women and her works acquire that voice.  By day, most of her time is split between managing her office and a baby girl. After graduating as a Chemical engineer and almost all her life, writing, she promises to trigger alchemical explosions through her narrations.  Her writerly interests date back to school and then college where she was an active member of Literary Club and Publishing House. Writing is a productive escape for her thoughts. Before they digress, they are captured in their bare form, which is a sincere writing, she says. Sweta believes in the Power of words and the change they can bring. Through her stories, she aspires to write more, be more.
