In the field of aquaculture, I observed that the front runners who are directly responsible got various background and mindset. During the conversation with them, I also observed that the perception developed is devoid of scientific logic and as it percolates, creates a lot of deviation from the original principles. Hence tried to give introspection into the subject to review the conventional ideas and tried to re-explain the science, it's logic in a simpler way. In some cases, I have mentioned the things which I experienced practically.
