Finolex Pipes and Mukul Madhav Foundation in collaboration with celebrated photographer, Rafique Sayed, to create an artistic piece to take you on a mystical journey in the search for water- the very source of life. The images were taken by Rafique Sayed around the Maharashtra Coast along with other water bodies within the state. Titled ‘Ways of Water’, and shot entirely in black and white, the photographer admits to being colour-blind, and thus in every frame, spares us the distraction of colour. This visual odyssey is a unique piece of work that presents to us the beauty of the element of water in its most natural form.

About the author

A pioneer of fashion photography in India, Rafique Sayed is one of the most respected names in the industry. Rafique Sayed believes in keeping it simple. He says that 'if a picture lacks character, it's no picture at all. ' Photography, for him, transcends beyond the viewfinder.
