About the author
Astrid Frank wurde 1966 in Düsseldorf geboren. Nach dem Abitur und einem Lehrgang zur Zoobegleiterin studierte sie Biologie, Germanistik und Pädagogik. Während des Studiums arbeitete sie bereits für verschiedene Verlage als Lektorin und Übersetzerin. Seit 1999 schreibt sie Bücher für Kinder und Jugendliche. Astrid Frank lebt mit ihrer Familie in Köln.
