About this ebook

The deadliest secrets wear a human face.

Askari barely survived Dod. Now she and her companions stagger into Greystone City—a vast settlement hidden in the skeleton of an Old World mall.

Here, people don’t just survive. They thrive. But the city’s safety is an illusion. Political factions clash, monsters lurk at the gates, and the Lamplighters Society guards secrets that could unravel everything Askari thought she knew about surviving the end of the world.

When Devor closes in and Askari meets Hank, a Lamplighter whose knowledge of the Old World may hold answers she desperately needs, she must choose: cling to Greystone’s fragile peace, or face the truth that may doom them all.

This book contains fantasy violence and depictions of poor mental health symptoms.

This is the second edition.
