About the author

"Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans..." – John Lennon

Sherman Litt was born and raised in Cambridgeshire and still lives on the outskirts of the city today. He attended university in Liverpool, and it was here that two things happened; he fell in love with the music of the Beatles and discovered a way of healing a long standing medical condition, using essential oils.

After leaving university, Sherman entered the workforce as an architect, but his interest in living a simpler and more environmentally friendly life was never far from his thoughts and when a second medical condition threatened to wreck his life completely, he took action.

Studying the effects that essential oils had on the body he was able to heal himself again, and so began an earnest examination of the facts which led to his first book, Essential Oils Natural Remedies.

The success of this and his subsequent discovery of the benefits of CBD oils, prompted Sherman to write another book and before long he had the bug for writing and exploring new ways of living his life in as simple a way as possible.

Now he has 4 books to his name (including one novel) and his plans for the future include writing many more that centre around the way people live their lives in the modern world and how they cope with the demands placed upon them.

In his free time, Sherman enjoys reading and writing, exploring new concepts and playing chess. He travels whenever he can, with the English Lake District a favourite.
