I liked this book. Definitely Helpful on a personal scale.I liked the message and theme of the book because it speaks truth to what I actually go through. Thank you Author,for the indirect therapy session,as your book truly creates a feeling of self reflection and a better understanding as to why Pain is necessary in this life that at times is unbearable.I hope others feel the same way as I do, because I enjoyed it.

The book is very well presented with accurate examples and general information of the subject. His beliefs and understanding of the nature of anger are very informative, to the point where you see yourself in certain situations that the writer gives as examples to present his view. Short, but very useful.

Although very repetitive, it has a decent message. I would've rated the book higher had it shown some proof or studies in order to help better convince the reader about it's viewpoint.
